Customer data is not sold.

Other PellLynx customers cannot access it.

Does PellLynx sell or advertise with customer data?
No. PellLynx.com does not sell Customer Data or use it for advertising, unrelated profiling, or artificial-intelligence or machine-learning training.
Can another District see our information?
No. Other customers cannot access your Customer Data. Access is enforced within authorized District context.
How is access controlled?
Customer users receive role-based permissions within their District. Platform administration requires separate authorization and explicit District context where customer information is involved.
What happens to our data if service ends?
Customers may request an available data export and deletion of active Customer Data subject to their agreement, approved retention processes, legal requirements, and normal expiration of protected backup copies. Retained data is not repurposed.
